When you add a website, you need to provide a web address to test. See how to do this.
Testing partial sites
Sitebeam is designed to interpret what you enter and figure out what you really intended to test from a web address, but sometimes you need to be specific. For example, you might want to test a complex mixture of pages inside several directories, and exclude others.
To do this, first create the site as normal. Simply enter the homepage of the website when creating the website. Instead of testing the website, click Cancel and then Pages to test. Uncheck the Guess what webpages belong to this website automatically box, and specify the exact paths you wish to include and exclude in the boxes provided.
